Ms. Cheng was a valuable mentor who supported my journey as a student teacher. She often shared her extensive educational experiences, which were a great source of inspiration for me. Ms. Cheng provided positive and constructive feedback on my attempts, teaching me how to enhance my performance. Even though she was extremely busy, she still accompanied me during the field experience supervision and offered detailed feedback afterward. I vividly recall her suggestion that I could utilize the blackboard more effectively by posting the target grammar structures, allowing students to refer to them during the practice activities. Her feedback was highly specific and formative, and I can still recollect those meaningful episodes to this day.
