Mr. Wong is the deputy Mathematics panel head of our school. He performs well in Mathematics teaching especially in junior secondary. His teaching style is always from the perspectives of students and caters for different needs. This teaching style has been somehow transferred to the EdUHK student, Mr. Seto, through lots of sharing sessions between Mr. Wong and Mr. Seto. Mr. Seto also shows well in his teaching practicum at Secondary 2. He always communicates well with his students in order to amend his suitable teaching strategies fitting the students' needs.
In addition, Mr. Wong proposed to ask Mr. Seto to take care an extra remedial Seconary 1 classes. This arrangement helps Mr. Seto have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of junior form Mathematics in his short practicum period. Furthermore, accoridng to my knowledge, they will evaluate from time to time in order to let Mr. Seto improve his teaching. This is a good exempler of coaching a student teacher to be a professional teacher.
